Mr Brownson to present at The Arthroscopy Association of North America in Denver

Delighted to be travelling to Denver, USA this month to present at The Arthroscopy Association of North America.

As guest speakers at the annual convention I will be joined as part of the British Orthopaedic Associations delegation by the President of the BOA, Ian Winson with further representation from BESS (British Elbow and Shoulder Society), BASK (British Association for surgery of the knee), BOSTA (British Orthopaedic Sports Trauma and Arthroscopy Association) and BOFAS (British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society). Also joining us will be Jo Gibson, prominent sports injury physiotherapist in the North West.

The convention for orthopaedic surgeons across North America will include presentations, discussion groups and workshops across a 3 day period. I have been invited by Dr John Richmond, President of the association to lecture on The management of shoulder instability in elite athletes (a joint presentation with my physiotherapy colleague Jo Gibson),,the management of posterior shoulder instability problems and finally, SLAP tears.
